Ajzaa (ingredients)

1- Gaajar Aik Kilo
2- Doodh Aik پیالی
3- کنڈیسنڈ Milk Aik پیالی
4- Khoya Aik پیالی
5- Choti Alaichi Teen Se Chaar Adad
6- Badam Pistay Aadhi پیالی
7- Akhrot Ki Giri Aadhi پیالی
8- Cooking Oil Aadhi Piyali

Tareeqa(Method)

1- Gajron ko dho kar chheel kar kash kar len. alaichi ke danay nikaal kar pees len aur badam پستوں ko chheel kar bareek kaat len. 
2- Khaali frying pain mein kash ki hui gajron ko phela kar darmiyani aanch par itni der pakayen ke gajron ka apna pani achi terhan khushk ho jaye. 
3- Phir doodh ko ubaal kar gajron par daal den aur chamach chillate hue doodh khushk honay tak taiz aanch par pakka len. 
4- Karahi mein cooking oil ko halka sa garam karen aur alaichi ke danay aur badam pistay daal kar کڑکڑا len.
5- Phir is mein gaajar daal kar khushbu anay tak bhoonen, jab ghee alehda honay lagey to is mein کنڈیسنڈ malik daal kar teen se chaar minute tak chamach chalayein. 
6- Zara si aanch taiz karkay itni der bhoonen ke ghee alehda ho jaye. cholhe se utaartay hue khoya shaamil kar len .
